November/December Recap πŸ’ŒπŸ‚

hope you all had a restful thanksgiving break πŸ‚πŸ as we wrap up the end of the semester, we wanted to look back at Interact’s progress during the month of November! last month was very eventful, with a two part service event, an outside volunteering opportunity, and one fundraiser.Β

  1. goodie bag making event – we were able to make a total of 53 goodie bags for healthcare workers and 30 cards for patients at Washington Hospital. πŸ’Œ
  2. waffle fry fundraiser – right before everyone left for their long awaited break, we gave everyone an opportunity to start it off with a warm treat. 🍟
  3. MSJ holiday boutique – this was a fun opportunity offered by the Dominican sisters of the Fremont Mission area, where volunteers welcomed guests, sold raffle tickets, and helped out with the event. πŸ‘’
