Spring Physicals:
Do you need a physical to play spring sports ?
We are having sports physicals At Irvington Monday Jan. 29th 4pm-6:30pm
in the Irvington Library
$20.00 if you make an appointment with Mrs. Stone
$40.00 walk up
Email or come see Mrs. Stone in her office after school.

ASG Applications:

ASG applications are out! Go to ihsbluecrew.org/asgapps to fill out the application by Thursday, February 1st @ 11:59 PM. The interest form ihsbluecrew.org/asgappsinterest is due January 31st. There are many different committee options and there’s even a tech director position!

Class Officer Elections:

Class officer elections is this week. Voting polls open tomorrow on the 5-star app! Make sure to cast your vote before this Friday, 1:17 pm.

Interact Boba Gram Sales:

Hey Vikings! Have a special someone in your life? Interact Valentine’s Day Boba Gram Preorders are now open! Each gram includes an Okinawa Pearl Milk tea or Peach tea with Aiyu jelly, a custom note, and a mini teddy bear! You can preorder at ihsvikings.org/shop/interactbobagrams till February 11th.

Sheep Brain Dissection:

Hey Synapsis! We’re having a sheep brain dissection event this Monday (1/29), after school in room 105! We ask each student pay a $10 cash fee to cover the cost of materials. Our event caps at 30 participants, so sign up tinyurl.com/sheepbraindissection24. Looking forward to seeing you all there!

Boba Fundraiser:

The girls basketball team is selling boba afterschool on Monday, January 29 in the courtyard for only $6 each. Choose between milk tea with boba or mango green tea with lychee jelly!

Get excited for our nutrition and healthy lifestyle meeting on January 31 from 4:30-5:30! Join us on zoom with the wonderful Stacy Shannon, physical trainer and nutrition coach, to talk about the importance of healthy living and learn about career pathways in health. Service hours at the end!
